It is characterized mainly by releasing the cherry red grape so typical of this Galician area, when it reaches the projected palate freshness and personality. A nice young red wine in their tasting, result of fermentation of grapes grown in the vineyards of this winery in Galicia (Betanzos) with nearly fifteen years of experience in wine production. The Adegas Mencia Carneiro is ideal to accompany any dish of red meat, although some recipes home with vegetables and snacks strong flavors, as cicna, pates or pecorino.
