The famous galician octopus we bought it usually at the fish market of Ribeira and exijimos the highest quality in the market. We prepare it both in olive oil as the galician which consists in adding to the sauce that usually accompany the fish dishes in Galicia. This sauce contains a base oil of olive, fried garlic and pepper that have also been developed in our facilities from natural products.
