The grape Mencia as the main ingredient for the slopes Paderne Bead Cellar. One more title that adds to our category of Wines of the Land of Betanzos, and is characterized by a middle layer and a cherry red, typical of this grape variety in Galicia.
After stemmed and fermented under control Mencia grape for ten days, bleeding the tank and gently pressed culminate the production process.
Four months aging in stainless steel and rounding for three months in the bottle get the presentation and final tasting the taster is decided by the Foothills Paderne.
A young wine and palatable, result of fermentation of grapes grown on the lands of Galicia (specifically, Betanzos). Ideal to accompany any dish of red meat, the Foothills Paderne noted for its fresh character and release notes of red fruits, with a vegetable background.
