  Wine Flavia Mencia – Roandi

  FLAVIA Roandi is a fresh wine, live, young. It comes from our own vineyards, of new plantations, where the predominant grape MENCÍA (85%) and a combination of native varieties. FLAVIA takes its name from a nearby place, where the Route of the Road Winter of the Camino de Santiago runs through part of their vineyards. The plantations are new, less than 10 years old, in a field dominated by the slate slabs and the xistos. After the manual selection of the grapes, the processing is done in stainless steel tanks, then going on to a aging in American Oak barrels of 5 months. After a period of resting in bottle, comes out to the market to show its freshness and vividness. Clear and bright, middle layer, shades of youth.
