The breeding of the pigs, are reared in total freedom in the own estates of Grixalba, in Sobrado ( Galicia ) on a farm of 12 ha , as well as the care processes of production and curing based on traditional techniques, gives you products from Village to Neighborhood a high standard of quality as well as a traditional taste of the of all the life events in a typical house of the galician.
